SHIPPING POLICY

All items are shipped with Canada Post.
All items are sent regular mail and therefore have no tracking number.
If you require a tracking number please contact me.
Shipping delivery estimates:
- CANADA: 2 - 4 business days
- USA: 4 - 6 business days
- INTERNATIONAL: 4 - 7 business days
These times may vary depending on the time of year. Always order early/before holiday seasons.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Items purchased may be exchanged within 30 days.
Items purchased may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the returned item has been received a refund will be issued. Item must be in sellable condition to return.
We are not responsible for any damages of items during transit.
