Hi there, I'm Ashley

 Since as long as I can remember I have loved making gifts. There's something special about something handmade and seeing the giftee's reaction to your time and hard work. Around 2014 I thought, why limit my creations to just friends and family and started an etsy shop. After selling on etsy on and off, and a few name changes later, I finally created a place for to share my creations with the world! My most popular items are my paper art, drawstring bags and cat toys.

My paper art came from my sister and I cutting up origami paper and covering colouring pages during our youth. Now after creating a template on the computer, each section of the image is cut out and then re-cut with colourful patterned paper. Once all pieces are cut I then glue them to re-create the original image.

My drawstring bags I started making when researching sewing projects with small fabric amounts like fat quarters (square cut fabric roughly 20 inches wide for the non-sewing folks). After I made my first one I was hooked and everyone I knew received one for Christmas that year (as I usually do upon learning how to make something new hehe!). Now they're one of my top selling items and make the perfect dice bag for all the gamers out there. I personally use them for my headphones but they are great for literally anything.

Kitties from far and wide are obsessed with my cat toys. They're filled with just the right amount of cat nip along with a little polyester stuffing. One thing I love about the cat toys is they use up scraps of fabric from my other projects, which might explain why you might recognize the design of some. This helps me throw away less fabric. Yay less waste! We love that!
